get currentMediaItemIndex while using concatenatingMediaSource2

ConcatenatingMediaSource2 does merge together mulitple media items to a a single media item. There is no way to seek to a certain media item within the ConcatenatingMediaItem2.

You can seek to a position in the ConcatenatingMediaSource2 with seekTo(positionMs). The timeline gives you an API to get the positions of the periods in the window and calculate the positions to be used with seekTo:
