I guess one of the rare conditions cause might be Android Devices (wifi Drivers) doesn't get perfectly efficient speed wifi resources therefore on Apple device (ie Apple TV or iPhone) streams are working more smoothly but as you know it also might be other reasons too. I mean last night I have upgraded my Android devices to the latest firmware and I made a test on WIFI speed and as explained previously this might be one of the reasons.

Thanks for reporting the issue. I tried playing the stream in our demo app and there was only a slight delay (few ms) when starting the stream which when compared to Safari (which takes few seconds before the stream is started) or VLC (stream freezes also in between) has better or same playback experience.

Do you see the stream freeze for longer or indefinitely? Also did you mean to say that this has started happening only on the latest RC release?
