I have a similar issue trying to flash stock ROM on Xperia Mini Pro sk17a using Flashtool 0.9.22.3 on Windows 10 x64. Error log:

I would like to request a download link to flashtool 0.9.10.1 (preferably Windows) to try and solve my problem in the meantime. Do you have it, @Fedik ?

Update: flashed successfully after wiping all data and wiping cache in cwn recovery (tested using version flashtool 0.9.11.1, found mirror on https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4GFe3mfg6eycTJnTHZLZGFnY1E/ )
