FYI @nateabele works on ui-router; I assume you're looking to align the APIs there?

@btford Something like that, yeah. I'm about to drop a rewrite, and after that I was looking to take a crack at porting it to ES6, so I'm trying to get up on how one would interact with the DI system in those cases.
