Hi,

This is working as intended - protractor should warn if you're trying to use it on a non-Angular page.

You can get around it by using the webdriver instance directly for those pages, e.g.

ptor.driver.get('yourpage');

Hm, warning the user is ok, completely failing if it's not an angular app seems a bit harsh. Is there any downside in using protractor with non-angular apps (except for the app not using angular)? I'd like to use protractor to write e2e tests for the app in which I am going to introduce angular.
