I was on a network on which Chomper works with both ipv4 and ipv6 sites. I used https://test-ipv6.com/ on this website, and I received a notice that "No IPv6 address was detected". On the other hand, on my home Comcast/xFinity network, when Chomper is not running, https://test-ipv6.com/ is able to detect my ipv6 address. This may indicate that instead of there being a problem with Comcast, there is a problem with my ipv6 forwarding.

Discovered a solution with @mhils after a long debugging session. Problem was inside mitmproxy in mitmproxy/mitmproxy/platform/linux.py . PR will hopefully go in soon; then it's just a matter of updating the version used here.
