It has been coded, tested and documented, will be in TF 8.0.3, to be released in a minute.

The added bonus is also that when you are working with a corpus over time, and the corpus designer makes a new release/commit of the data or the TF app, you will not get that data by suprise.
After the initial download, you only get new data when you explicitly ask for it by latest, hot, or a concrete release tag or commit hash.
