Add example section to Readme

Add an Examples section to the Readme to illustrate more explicitly how to retrieve different versions of the Bible from Bible Gateway.

Error in: imbibler.rb:33:in `ReadBookChapter': undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)

Thanks for this tool - very useful for me to pull bible text and convert to a command-line tool :

I ran into this error while trying to download the Chinese union version:
imbibler.rb:33:in ReadBookChapter': undefined method []' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)

What might be the reason for this? Other versions such as kjv are downloaded fine. Might this be the language issue?
