Streamline the process of development

Although currently I have poetry as project management tool, I still struggle with lint checks, formatting, testing and reproducibility. I have to simplify my workflow and possibly create some shortcuts to make my life easier - like aliases, pre-commit hooks, GitHub Actions.

Action items

• Setup test environment using tox.
• Make running linting and formatting easier (currently I am just prefixing all shell commands with poetry run)
• Make pre-commit hooks for linting and formatting.
• Make GitHub actions for this repository.

Implement a Tensor class

I have to implement a Tensor class as dealing with scalar values and arrays is so inconvenient and painful.
