Precept needs a buff

3 bullets is too strong I think. Way too much, because you're forgetting you can attack buildings too. It will become the new locus with 3 shots, unless you also nerf the damage. Those changes would make precept quite different and I'm not sure if Anuke is ok with that.

I made some tests too, and I suggest we give the frag pierce x3. This will make it better against t2, just like you want. In the image below, I brawled 50 locus vs 10 precepts with this buff, and precepts won with 7 remaining, although some have very low health so its more like 5.

I think this is more balanced and doesn't change the nature of precept. 4 people gave thumbs up on this, if that matters.

Precept is not actually THAT weak, the main issue with it is its low fire rate making it countered (alittle too hard) by low tier mechs

I think its projectile needs a health increase along with (possibly) a slight aoe dps increase (either 1 extra pierce or better aoe)

But it really doesnt need that much help when you realize that what it has to compete with is universally seen as strong (t3 mechs) ofcourse people are gonna feel like its alot weaker than it actually is.
