this feels unnecessary, and would outclass hyper proc

logic doesn't need a new block (the community is split already on logic op)

and wouldnt really add anything substantial to the game, since you can already make do with the proc variations already

That's understandable, it was just one of ideas had like 3am, trying program different processors just got clogged when above idea came by, so choose to give it and if shot down no big deal already great game.
