You can also query into slices with pre-existing elements:

stmt := postgres.Insert(
    Companies.C["name"],
    Companies.C["about"],
).Returning(
    Companies.C["id"],
    Companies.C["is_active"],
).Values(company)

companies := []company{{Name: "Big Co.", About: "A big company"}}
db.QueryAll(stmt, &companies)

The id and is_active fields will be populated according to the database defaults.
