Some users reported that a Ventura update reverted the default app to macOS’s one. Does manually setting ZIP files to open with the Archive Utility and then setting Keka again fix the issue for you?

@aonez I got this pop when I switched it back to Keka, but then I tested opening up a zip again and it used Keka. So yes what you said worked.
Now that you mention it, this did all seem to start when I upgraded to Ventura.

@aonez Update: zips went back to not using Keka. Probably ever since I restarted my laptop 🤷🏽♂️
