Already fixed and released the new version. The App Store version is pending on the Apple review process, hopefully to be done quickly.

@drakeyboy thanks a lot for the feedback. I'm already working on a fix and will be release shortly. Meanwhile here is a workaround, that I've also added to your original issue:

Please open the Terminal.app and execute this code:

defaults write com.aone.keka Legacy19007zSupport false

Be sure to restart Keka.

Thanks for the fix. I'm still getting the prefences pane pop up everytime I compress
Its the smaller one - not settings. Was not happening before
