I don't see any movement here. FYI, this is blocking integration with brave, as we need to test on arm64 as many devs laptops are using this.

Github Actions offers ARM64, can we set up a pipeline for this

p.s. even without arm pipeline, we can still publish multi-platform on x86 runner with buildx.
