Hi Saúl, how is the progress on the documentation?

Almost done with the main document, the introduction is giving me problems since it's just a lot of talk... and missing the user manual.

Uploaded the first version of the documentation. Given that I myseld didn't use any references I'll be leaving that section up to you guys or if you like, email me the references you used and I'll be happy to add them to the main document. There's also a results table in the doc that'll be better to fill having the opinion of all of us. I've never been good at just inventing talk just to fill space to I'm half a page short in the introduction... I'll be working in the user manual tomorrow so it'd be nice to know what can and cannot be done by the software so far.
