Your imports are wrong.

You have to import zxcvbn before vue-password-strength-meter as it requires zxcvbn to properly work.

Well, that is nothing special to vue-password. It is just common javascript execution.

If you import vue.js after your component (in the browser), your component will not work.
If you import jquery after your jquery plugin script, your jquery plugin script will not work.

Parent dependencies need always be imported first if you using them directly in the browser.

Thank you for the clarification. In my opinion it would still be useful to indicate how to install vue-password-strength-meter in the browser. Also because it may not always be clear which dependencies (and which versions) may be needed in the browser.

The command yarn add vue-password-strength-meter zxcvbn is also nothing special and yet it is reported, so why don't mention:
