I got this working by using --net=host

The zeroconf detection of a chromecast requires Multicast because it uses mDNS. Multicast is not supported in Docker so you have to give the host's network to the container.

@mattmatician I did not try the host config yet, but did you also get the "ERROR LOADING CONFIG FILE" error? I don't see how this is related?

I finally had the time to test this. Runing the docker in host mode indeed solves the issue. Thanks!
