功能适用的场景？ 当我获取配置时，返回的inteface类型的value很难使用，需要自己转换类型

你期望的解决方案是？ 我希望能够以GetString()，GetInt（），GetFloat32（）来封装转换类型操作，如果这个提议不错，我可以自己尝试实现。
我觉得没问题，直接提交 pr 就可以
