I fixed this in my repo. Replace the ^3 at the end of that line with **3:

sync fn hohmannPhaseAngle(self, alt_start: float, alt_end: float, o: Orbit) -> float = {
    return 180*(1-(1/(2*sqrt(float2))*sqrt((1+(alt_start+o.reference_body.radius)/(alt_end+o.reference_body.radius))**3)))
}

same in other places. The ^ operator now is a bitwise XOR, for "power of" it's **. Don't know when or why that was changed.
