Duplicate of #144
The reason for this error is absense of md5 hashsums for source packages. apt-mirror currently unable to mirror such repositories.
You can use apt-mirror2 to mirror such repos: https://gitlab.com/apt-mirror2/apt-mirror2
from apt-mirror.
