Command Line Interface

Changed command line arguments slightly, to better match the above:

./avocado --help
./avocado []

Command Line Options:
--configuration read configuration file
--help produce a usage message and exit
--shell do not start as server, start in shell mode instead
--version print version string and exit

JAVASCRIPT Options:
--action.directory path to the action directory, defaults to <database.directory>/_ACTIONS
--startup.directory path to the directory containing the startup scripts
--startup.modules-path one or more directories separated by semicolon

Logging Options:
--log.file log to file (default: "+")
--log.level log level for severity 'human' (default: "info")

PORT Options:
--dispatcher.threads number of dispatcher threads (default: 1)
--server.http-port port for client access (default: "localhost:8529")
