It was an issue with double quotes vs single quotes in the yaml file when printing the result from the slack api. The readme is updated and the sample actions!

@ArchieCoder its your yaml file. Please replace the double quotes on the echo line to single quotes. Or remove the last step entirely, since its just a debug step.
