Hey,

Looking at the code, https://github.com/arciisine/screen-recorder/blob/master/src/types.ts#L19 should define the location of the ffmpeg flags, if you want to augment those. Looking at your flags, I'm thinking it would be during transcode. I'll try to duplicate on my side as well.

So looking closer at it tonight, and flags are supported, but only known flags. I would need to add something to the screen recorder lib, to know where the flag belongs, as ffmpeg has flags that need to be in certain positions.
