The Argonaut Data Query Implementation Guide is based upon the core FHIR DSTU2 API and it documents the security and authorization and the querying of the ONC Common Clinical Data Set and static documents.

ehi-api icon ehi-api

A FHIR based implementation guide that defines a standards based API to access patient EHI information.

patient-lists icon patient-lists

Patient List API: Provider-facing apps often need to know things like "who are the patients I'm seeing today," or "who are the patients I'm responsible for in the hospital right now," or "who are the patients in this ward." Vendor-specific APIs outside of FHIR provide access to this kind of information, but it's hard to write a cross-platform app for patient management without a standard approach. The FHIR Patient Lists will define a few key "list types" and ensure that FHIR-based apps can interact with lists as needed. The initial focus is read-only access to lists.

provenance icon provenance

The Argonaut experience dictates clear guidance requires real implementation and testing. For this project, the Argonaut Provenance gudiance will be developed with the goal of having consistency among implementers to meet the USCDI requirements. The final guidance will be added to the Argonaut Data Query R4, and ultimately US Core.
