@sunsmilearm How did you compiled with ARMCC ? It seems that we are not even able to compile Blinky with ARMCC.

@hasnainvirk I'm using ARM compiler 5.06 update 2. Please don't use ARMCC 5.05

I can confirm that after updating to commit a7a9325 (post #2329 being merged in) that this fixed the connection issue with me for ARM toolchain.
Tested with K64F with Atmel shield, running 6lowpan.
