  • 👋 Hi, I’m Arpan Biswas. I have completed my PhD from Oregon State University in Mechanical Engineering and minor Statistics.
  • 👀 My research interests are algorithm development under Computational design optimization, Bayesian Optimization, Classical and Bayesian Statistical modelling, Machine Learning and Computer Vision (Variational Autoencoders)
  • 🌱 I’m currently working as a Postdoc at Oak Ridge National lab where I am currently interested in developing data driven and ML-based frameworks in complex physics based models for rapid discovery of new materials and develop automated experimentation in Spectroscopy.
