Cant import the library: No module named 'pubtator_loader.models'

For some reason, the installed package doesn't contain the models package/directory. I tried it both with pip and installing from source.

I copied the models folder from the source code to the virt env and it works well.

Thanks for pointing out the issues. They should be fixed in the Release 0.1.4. Can you please try re-installing the newer version (Release 0.1.4) of pubtator_loader using pip install pubtator_loader==0.1.4 and see if it works now?

Any particular reason spacy is limited to the 3.0.5 version?

We use 2.1.3 for various reasons, the main being updating spacy would break things at this point in time.
