Hi,
thank you very much for your feedback.
The problem is that while Artem and I have professional microphones our guests dont have (and we can't expect that they have / buy one). So if we increase the volume of our guests microphone during recording, we might have a lot more background noises and breath in the recorded track of our guests which then would cause a lot more work for us to remove those noises. So that is a compromise we have to make during recording.
However, we could try to increase the volume after we have finished editing the recording (removing background noises, breathing sound, etc.) which hopefully doesn't affect audio quality too much.
What other podcasts do you listen to so that we can use their volume as baseline?

Thank you for your response!
I understand. As I understand the process of producing a podcast is very time consuming, so by all means, if addressing this would mean a lot of work then don't do it. As I said it's just a convenience thing. Would be great if there was some easy fix to it.
Fragmented podcast would be an example, to stay within the topic of Android.
Again thanks for the response!

I definitely agree with @Korpen, volume of last episode was low in compare to other podcasts I listen to, we'll try to improve it in upcoming episode, thanks for reporting!

Maybe try a service like Zencaster for quest audio issues. The bad audio quality makes it really difficult for me to enjoy your podcast.

Agree with others - the audio is way worse than usual! I couldn't listen to it.

Sorry, it was my mistake. I tried to record the conversation in one room through 1 microphone. Had a lot of reverb / echo which removing has sadly reduced audio volume a bit. Lessons learned ...
