Can you confirm that you are using LeetHub v2? The UI depicted in the second photo seems to be a different extension.

I've reproduced the issue. It occurs in two scenarios: you are using the Toolbar Layout for Submit button, or you submitted a successful submission after an incorrect one. I should have a fix soon.

For now, you can successfully push your submissions if you use the other Submit button layout by going to the gear icon > Dynamic Layout > Show Run / Submit / Debug buttons in > Code Editor.

I've just upgraded to v2.0.3 but the problem is still there.
There is everything OK while using "old version".
But when switched to "new version", submitting the code doesn't push it to github. Regardless of submit button layout
