Here the issue is with the clip-path url.

clip-path: url('#handClip');

Currently I'm converting urls which can be imported into modules based on the url path. I need to think about how to handle urls like this. Thanks for pointing out.

This is the second part of the issue, the first is that
return 'url(' + self._changeRelUrl(url, _path2.default.dirname(cssBasePath)) + ')'; will fail if cssBasePath is undefined.

I'm referring css-loader now to see how they are handling it. I think its better to pass css to css-loader instead of handling in wc-loader, as they have already done these things. I'll let you know once its done. If you could contribute please submit prs. :)

One more related error - Base 64 urls wont work.

@vehsakul This is a more modular version of wc-loader. https://github.com/aruntk/link-loader. style tags will still have the error. External css will work using css-loader.
