Doesn't yet support latest pypy

I'm fixing this:

• from the pypy side: https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/pull-requests/568/explicitly-use-py_ssize_t-as-the-signed/diff
• from the golang side: golang/go#21809

Both of these patches have been merged, once a release is made in either / both projects it should just be a matter of bumping versions!

By installing an old pypy, we're now hitting incompatibilities with cryptography under test:

The latest pypy which has been released supports this, but travis-ci does not install it so...
