On a related note, currently the specification lists the ASPRS phone number, mailing address, and email address. Can anyone verify whether these are still valid? Are they even worth including any more?

I've updated the contact info and added the GitHub page link. The LDP section will need to be updated later when we get to updating the LDPs in general.
