This is probably not theme related and instead a bug in the https://github.com/atom/language-javascript grammar

Actually, I'm guessing that is Ruby in the screenshot, and I think this is a duplicate of atom/language-ruby#56 which should be fixed in the latest Atom release, 0.131

Please comment if it isn't Ruby in that screenshot or if it isn't fixed in the latest release, and include the text that isn't colorizing correctly.

Good catch - It is Ruby in the screenshot and is fixed in the latest atom release.
