You could use the parameter "d" to force atoum to use the correct php.exe
php mageekguy.atoum.phar -d "C:\windows\php.exe" --testIt
from atoum.

Thank you for your response.
The parameter "d" is used to indicate which directory contains test files.
The parameter "p" is the right parameter
php mageekguy.atoum.phar -p "C:\windows\php.exe" --testIt
or
php mageekguy.atoum.phar --php "C:\windows\php.exe" --testIt
from atoum.
