libstemmer_c build is broken on Ubuntu

libstemmer_c build is broken on Ubuntu

Apparently, the reason is that examples/stemwords.o is not removed on make clean. Then being copied to Ubuntu instance, causes format error. The fix is as follows:

Hi, can you do some pull requests, I would merge them happily.

I wasn't aware of https://github.com/snowballstem/snowball/tree/master, I though libstemmer_c discontinued the development.
