The value of 'n' converted from base64 (the expected key) is:
A RSA public key is defined by both the modulus n and the exponent e.

If you follow those steps correctly you'll get the same public key as returned from the library.
You can also confirm the key is correct using an online converter like https://8gwifi.org/jwkconvertfunctions.jsp
from node-jwks-rsa.
