Character encoding issues with import class mappings in German locale

Came here to report the same thing. This should be pretty easy to fix. I guess you just have to add an encoding in the StreamReader constructor in IFCCategoryUtil.cs:479. A correction would make many international users happy. Even better would be a configuration file (accompanied by a proper UI) which works with BuiltInCategories instead of localized strings though.

Addition: The above mentioned issue is very important and should not take another year to resolve. If you switch your UI language once, all IFC imports break, due to categories not being resolved. This can be super-frustrating, because there is no output that indicates why this is the case.
