Current workaround
Steps:
- Ensure that the addin is currently loaded by going into the Synthesis Workspace
- Make sure you cannot click any buttons by pressing them repeatedly
- Right click on the Palette for Changing Joint properties in the synthesis workspace
- Select Show dev tools
- Close dev tools window and try again
This appears to be a problem directly with the API but that solution of showing dev tools works everytime we have ever encountered the problem.
