Failing to properly install through webui.bat

Correction: Python should be at the recommended version as I've installed the recommended version. WebUI.bat is reporting Python 3.6.8. This installation is being done while having already installed another SD repro and having created an environment for it, if that's relevant to the issue.

Specify full path to the correct version of python as shown in troubleshooting section of readme

Set and ran after uninstalling py 3.6.8, deleting the venv folder, installing 3.10.6, setting env-variable up in System Env Vars to new Pypath, verified through python -v. Most of the EnvVar stuff is unnecessary but I was working on trying to resolve this in the interim and was already there.

Same error, unfortunately, even when directly pathing it to the right location.

e: Above resolved. Torch is now installing; re-downloaded and overrode the repo files with a fresh batch to undo any changes I might've forgotten about.
