I tried to replicate both in simple and AT but on my sites it works fine.

I haven't although the user mentioned something about the Jetpack > Settings > Writing > Composing > Jetpack Blocks give you the power to deliver quality content that hooks website visitors without needing to hire a developer or learn a single line of code. setting that was causing the issue.

However, when I disabled the setting, I wasn't able to add the Writing Prompt block on the post editor. I've asked the user to share the steps they followed to replicate the issue. Once they share the steps we'll know more.

I don't know if I understand your question. What I did is turn on troubleshooting mode and only unabling Jetpack. I turned all the features in jetback off, and turn them on one by one and tested. When I turned on the switch under writing/composing called: Jetpack Blocks give you the power to deliver quality content that hooks website visitors without needing to hire a developer or learn a single line of code. ->> this is when the block that causes the error showed up.

When I followed the steps they mentioned, that is enable troubleshooting mode, enable Jetpack and Site Health plugin, and enabled the Jetpack Blocks give you the power to deliver quality content that hooks website visitors without needing to hire a developer or learn a single line of code. setting, and adding the Writing Prompt block on a post editor, I was able to see the block without any error as user does.

I've shared a video showing the steps I took and have asked the user to share any steps that I might have missed.

While they share more details, could we check if the error in the console and see if it is causing the issue and if it can be fixed?
