Changing the "Explicit Content" settings didn't change anything for me. Based on https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itcb54353390 the <itunes:explicit> tag expects only true or false.

User replied saying this is solved.

the issue was that the number of episodes was smaller than the number of elements defined in the syndication (Settings->Reading->RSS) So I added a few episodes and that did the trick.
