StateKeysMaxChunks()
estimates the size of the values to be inserted in the corresponding state keys.
It's used in EstimateUnits
to estimate the amount of each fee dimension (in this case storage) that a given transaction will consume.
The relation should be that StateKeys()
returns [key0, key1, ..., keyN]
and StateKeysMaxChunks()
returns [expectedValue0Size, expectedValue1Size, ... expectedValueNSize]
where the sizes are measured in the number of 64 byte chunks.
