@davidschober I thought we had agreed that NU's cost model would be used as part of the deliverables for the grant since it is the only example we have for AWS.

I abandoned because Lyrasis is using an IBM - based infrastructure, so our numbers won't help inform costs. We have them and I can document them internally (NU/IU) but for the purposes of the SAAS pilot it seemed moot.
