Yes sir, for some reason everyone in the server when they speak there are echos voice.

Also when you're on phone it changes from normal sound to radio sound and so on.

I can confirm there is some sort of "echo" effect that makes it sound like you're in a chamber of some sort. The strength of the echo changes as you move from place to place.

The reverb that I got is the part from NativeAudio, whenever your in a tunnel or something a like.
I don't 'have it all the time' - so maybe you should check your resource(s) or config.

This is meant to happen with native audio, as it uses the game's native audio engine to apply sound effects to your voice.
