The advertised source code on their website links to an older version, 1.4.083017. The current version, 4.50, appears not to be publicly accessible in a repository.
Given this situation and the uncertainty about the version being downloaded, coupled with the lack of response, I would be against including it.

- I could not find the actual source code for this
- https://wiki.articatech.com/en/license/eula mentions two editions, but the download page does not allow selecting one or the other, so I'm not sure which edition is being downloaded
