That's fine and I understand. Fell free to reopen when/if these 2 issues are solved:

• Any software project you are adding has working installation instructions.
• Any software project you are adding was first released more than 4 months ago.

Development seemed to have picked up again in February and has continued, with latest commit being 2 days ago. I believe this could be added again.

@mckaygerhard Hi, this guideline implies that there are stable (as in unchanging) releases (for example using git tags or github releases). If you use this software, could you ask the maintainer to create a 1.0.0 git tag or similar? Thanks

@nodiscc the software is mature and is under development but not as main objective in life, currently it has a new docker image..

the application is in UNIX LIKE spirit, as any UNIX like user must build the app, or in the last use the dockerfile.. it has 1.5K starts and is the most modern torrent applications today .. but is not the origin of life for us!

we made software for use in life, we do not live to made software! we have real lifes! so; sorry for allof you!
