Hi palakbadgujar,
I'm sorry you are having trouble with your SSM Document. In looking at the JSON, I can see that the following is not a valid plugin for a Systems Manager document:

Valid plugins for SSM Document are described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/ssm-plugins.html
If you are trying to install java, i believe the easiest method would be to use the aws:runCommand plugin, call the AWS-RunShellScript document, and then supply a shell script for installing java. The aws:runCommand plugin is described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/automation-actions.html#automation-action-runcommand
