Hello, thanks for the question. We use tensorflow, pytorch, tensorflow hub, fast.ai, transformers, Keras, gensim, scikit-learn, etc. at various stages of the book. Not all requirements listed in requirements.txt will be covered - those are just the freeze of the Kaggle kernel environment we used to obtain the results, in case someone needs to replicate them exactly. Others may just be backend requirements for the tools that we do use.
Note that all the code is available for free as Kaggle kernels -- see README for links -- and you can go through those for more details. We cover a few different frameworks, not just one. Later stages of the book which cover Transformer-inspired architectures naturally employ heavily the transformers library by HuggingFace.
