Works like a charm from my local machine.

Works even from Azure DevOps on Azure Hosted agent when deploying pipeline with static reference to a notebook. However I get a frustrating error message when deploying from DevOps with dynamic reference to notebook (i.e. expression):
##[error]Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
##[error]PowerShell exited with code '1'.

Must be something wrong with the Azure hosted agent. Get-InstalledModule gives me the same version of Az.Synapse, Az.Accounts and azure.synapse.tools modules as on my local machine.

Tested to deploy with AzResource but get back an empty error:
##[error]
##[error]PowerShell exited with code '1'.
